51Duino tracked wifi robot - Motor Board

Hi
I have one of these robot kits but only one motor works at a time - I have swapped motors and most certainly have concluded the motor driver board is faulty. I have resoldered some dry joints and removed a couple of erroneous short circuits from the manufacturers soldering but it will not drive MOTOR M2

Is there a known fix for this or do I just scrap it and look for another motor board to purchase?
